Susan Boyle audition is most-watched YouTube clip | | 2009/12/18 | | The video clip of singing Scot Susan Boyle's audition for Britain's Got Talent was the most-watched on YouTube this year.
Receiving more than 120 million views globally, the clip was three times as popular as the video David After Dentist, which was awarded second place.
With approximately 17 million views, the second most popular video showed a young boy is seen trying to answer questions after receiving dental treatment.
Third place went to a video in which wedding guests showed off their dancing talents. Next in the countdown was the trailer for vampire film The Twilight Saga: New Moon, which received 31 million views.
This was the first year that YouTube had released annual figures to the public regarding the popularity of clips on the website.
With increasing numbers of people turning to the internet to watch videos, website monitoring services are even more important to check whether a site is providing visitors with the service they expect.
